Delete your account

You can delete your account yourself, in the app, at any time. It takes a minute and nothing is kept except what the law or a past free trial requires.

How to delete your account

Sign in to Valdro (the app or valdro.app).
Open Settings (More › Settings) and find Delete my account under Your account.
Enter your password and type DELETE to confirm.

Any paid plan is cancelled first, so you are never charged for a deleted account. If the subscription can’t be cancelled at that moment, nothing is deleted and you’re asked to try again.

What is deleted

Everything that belongs to your account, straight away: your vault and card photos, prices paid and private sales, watch lists and player watches, deal finds and alerts, your eBay link, phone alert registrations, sign-ins, passkeys, display cases and any shared showcase links (which stop working), AI usage records and your plan details.

What is kept

Sold prices the app found on public sites while valuing cards: these are market data, not about you, and hold nothing that identifies you.
If you had a free trial: a scrambled form of your email (not the email itself) only so the same email can’t start another free trial.
Payment records at Stripe for as long as tax law requires; we don’t hold your card details.

If you can’t sign in

Email support@valdro.app from the email address on the account and we’ll delete it within 30 days, after confirming it’s you.
